Mission statement

The mission of the Persian Wildlife Heritage Foundation (PWHF) is to promote and enable the increase of the indigenous wildlife in Iran, and to protect against their extinction or decline in population. PWHF will fund programs for management, increased vigilance of protected areas, better tools for surveillance and programs aimed to reduce and eliminate the illegal killing of wildlife or destruction of their habitat.  It is the aim of this organization to coordinate its efforts, where compatible, with reputable international organizations that have similar goals and objectives.
